Applicable to both Alshaya Physical and eGift Cards.

1. Availability
   1. Alshaya Gift Cards are available at all participating stores, restaurants, cafés, and on selected brand eComm platforms across eligible markets.
   2. Physical gift cards active in Egypt, Bahrain, Oman, Jordan, KSA, Kuwait, UAE, Qatar, Morocco, Lebanon
   3. eGift cards are active in KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Egypt, Bahrain and Jordan.
   4. Gift Cards are available for corporate purchases and bulk gifting through authorised Alshaya platforms.
   5. Gift Cards can be purchased online using valid VISA, Master Card and AMEX credit/debit cards in the local currency of the issuing country as supported by the payment platform.

2. Card Limits
   1. There is no minimum or maximum top up value for either Physical or eGift Cards.

3. Usage
   1. Cards may be used as a form of payment at participating Alshaya stores and online platforms within the country of issuance. A full list of brands and eligibility is available at https://www.alshaya.com/en/brands
   2. Cards can be redeemed across participating Alshaya brands in the country of issuance only. Cross-border redemptions are not permitted.
   3. Cards can be redeemed partially over multiple transactions until they expire.
   4. Cards are non-refundable bearer instruments and cannot be exchanged for cash, gift vouchers, or credit notes.
   5. eGift Cards will be sent to the recipient directly to their registered email address.
   6. Gift Cards can be used in conjunction with other payment methods at participating locations, allowing partial payments with cash or credit/debit cards or other payment method customer prefers.
   7. In the event an eGift Card is not received due to technical issues or incorrect email address entry, the purchaser may request a re-send by contacting Customer Support, subject to verification of identity and transaction details

4. Refunds
   1. If a gift card has expired, customers may request a return. However, refunds will only be considered if they comply with local regulations and Alshaya’s Exchange and Refund Policy.
   2. If a customer originally paid using a gift card, any refund will be credited back to the same gift card.
   3. For customers who pay using any payment method, all gift cards may be offered as an alternative to a refund to the original payment method—subject to customer consent and in accordance with Alshaya’s Exchange and Refund Policy and local regulations.

5. Cash Redemption
   1. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash under any circumstances, unless mandated by law of the Country of issue.

6. Validity
   1. Gift Cards are valid for 12 months from the last transaction (purchase or top-up). Each top-up resets the card’s expiry by 12 months from the transaction date.
   2. Gift Cards can be topped up at Alshaya participating locations.
   3. It is the cardholder’s responsibility to track the card’s expiry. Alshaya does not guarantee that expiry reminders will be sent.

7. Balance Enquiry
   1. For Plastic Gift Cards the remaining balance and expiry date are printed on the receipt after each purchase.
   2. Customers may also inquire via the Customer Service contact number printed on the card.
   3. For eGift Cards - Visit the relevant brand website and select the eGift Card section. Click "Check Balance", enter the 16-digit card number, and a verification code will be sent to the email used during purchase. Enter the code in the pop-up window to view the card balance.
   4. For disputes related to Gift Card value, expiry, or redemption, customers may contact Alshaya Customer Service. Alshaya will investigate and resolve in accordance with its internal complaints policy.

8. Balance Authority
   1. Card balances as recorded in the Alshaya Group central system are final, inclusive, and binding.

9. Risk & Liability
   1. Alshaya Group is not responsible or liable for: lost, stolen, or damaged cards & unauthorized access or misuse.
   2. Lost, stolen, or damaged cards cannot be replaced. Customers are responsible for keeping their Gift Cards secure.
   3. For eGift Cards, ownership and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon successful email delivery to the recipient.
   4. Alshaya accepts no responsibility for errors in the email address provided to it at purchase of eGift Cards.
   5. Alshaya is not liable for any temporary inability to redeem a Gift Card due to system maintenance, outages, or other technical disruptions.

10. Restrictions
    1. Gift Cards cannot be resold, transferred, or exchanged for any other value or service.
    2. Alshaya Group reserves the right to void cards, suspend accounts, or restrict usage in cases of fraud, unauthorized use, or suspicious activity and Violation of terms or misuse of the card.
    3. Not for use in ATM’s.

11. Identity Verification
    1. Alshaya may request customer identity verification, proof of ownership, or an alternate payment method prior to: Applying a Gift Card to an account or transaction or completing high-value or suspicious purchases.

12. Acceptance of Terms
    1. Use of any Alshaya Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the Gift Card following an update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms & Conditions.
    2. Alshaya Group may update these terms at any time. Latest versions are published on official website and in-store. Modifications will be effective on the day they are published.
