Alshaya Group Achieves Exceptional Wins at HORECA Kuwait 2026

Takes Home 10 silver medals and 11 bronze medals

The 14th edition of the Hotel, Restaurant and Catering Awards (HORECA) Kuwait brought together 39 of Alshaya Group’s talented chefs, who showcased their exceptional culinary skills across a series of rigorous competitions spanning multiple disciplines. From traditional Kuwaiti cuisine to the highly anticipated pizza challenge, Alshaya Group’s chefs delivered outstanding performances—emerging as major winners with a total of 21 awards across various categories. This year’s event once again highlighted Alshaya’s culinary excellence at HORECA, Kuwait’s leading food and beverage competition.

Chefs from Amiti Noura, Ahwet Zeitouna, Asha’s, Bebabel, Chipotle, P.F. Chang’s, Pizza Express, Texas Roadhouse, The Cheesecake Factory, Raising Cane’s and Alshaya’s Culinary Team delivered an exceptional performance, winning 10 Silver, and 11 Bronze medals. Their award winning dishes impressed not only customers but also the esteemed panel of judges at HORECA, reaffirming Alshaya’s reputation for culinary excellence.

HORECA is a yearly hospitality event, where various companies directly or indirectly related to hospitality participate and attend the three-day event. This year marks Alshaya’s eight participation at HORECA.
