Alshaya and Texas Roadhouse open second Middle East location offering a taste of the award-winning steakhouse chain and its legendary food and service
Kuwait, 14 November 2012: Texas Roadhouse, the popular American steakhouse chain, has opened its second Middle East location in partnership with M.H. Alshaya, a leading international franchise operator at Grand Avenue, The Avenues. The much anticipated opening of this famous restaurant offers people in Kuwait the opportunity to experience the Legendary Food and Legendary Service that has become synonymous with the name Texas Roadhouse.
Founded in 1993 with a dream to create an authentic Texas-style restaurant with the same look, feel and tastes of local roadhouses, Texas Roadhouse first ventured outside of the U.S. last year. Its first Middle East restaurant at The Dubai Mall has proved to be a widely popular location for diners.

At Texas Roadhouse free in-shell peanuts are served at the table and guests can enjoy endless baskets of freshly-baked bread. The menu features a wide selection of appetizers, fresh salads and soups, and signature ‘Fall-Off-The-Bone’ beef ribs. Steak lovers have several options, including the Fort Worth Ribeye and USDA Choice Sirloin, which are hand-cut daily in the restaurant and grilled to order. The menu also features Texas-style country dinners, as well as a wide selection of chicken and seafood entrées and children’s meals. Each entrée is served with a choice of two made-from-scratch sides.
