Beirut Location Features Exciting New Store Design
Beirut, 28 September 2012 – Express, Inc. (NYSE: EXPR), a leading U.S. men's and women's specialty retail apparel chain operating over 600 stores, opened its first store location in Lebanon this week in the busy Hamra Street shopping district in Beirut. Lebanon’s first store is one of the brand’s eight Middle East locations in countries including Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Kuwait and the United Arab Emirates.
Featuring the latest Express store design created by Masamichi Katayama, interior designer and principal of prestigious Japanese interior design firm Wonderwall, the 458square meter multi-level location reflects an elevated in-store experience rarely seen in a mall environment.
Featuring elements of downtown cool paired with uptown chic, this new store format allows Express to more prominently showcase its four lifestyle segments of work, casual, jeanswear and going-out attire for both men and women. It also encourages outfit dressing by offering an additional amount of store space dedicated to accessories in an easier to shop and more powerful store layout. This combination of modern design and unrivaled attitude truly solidifies Express as a fashion authority.
Express at Hamra Street offers men and women the individual style and unrivalled attitude that has made the brand a fashion authority in the U.S. for over 30 years. The Fall 2012 collection brings a renewed energy to the fashion landscape, featuring an updated color palette and the world’s hottest jeans for both guys and girls! It’s all about updating your current wardrobe with pops of saturated color and topping it all off with your favorite cozy sweater.
