Alshaya Launches PRIVILEGES CLUB in Kuwait

A new loyalty programme brings a world of prizes and personalised rewards, experiences and benefits to customers.
There's a new club in town. M. H. Alshaya Co.'s eagerly-anticipated loyalty programme, PRIVILEGES CLUB, officially launches today in Kuwait, rewarding customers who shop and dine at Alshaya's 70 leading international retail brands.
PRIVILEGES CLUB will give Alshaya's customers automatic entry into monthly and quarterly prize draws, and access to a range of personalised shopping, dining and lifestyle experiences, including priority notification of promotions and sales for their favourite brands.

The programme is open to everyone in Kuwait, is quick and easy to join, and members can use a mobile app to track their benefits and access their rewards more easily. Joining is as simple as downloading the PRIVILEGES CLUB app from the App Store or Google Play, or signing up in-store.
Once they join, members start benefiting instantly, with the opportunity to win a range of prizes, paid in Alshaya gift cards, worth more than KD 10,000 in the monthly draws and more than KD 50,000 every quarter in the super draws. The first monthly draw takes place on 28 April, and the first quarterly super draw is on 28 July.
Members earn one prize draw entry for every KD 5 they spend at any of Alshaya's brands*, which include H&M, Mothercare, Debenhams, Harvey Nichols, M.A.C, Bath&Body Works, P.F. Chang's, The Cheesecake Factory, Victoria's Secret, Boots, Pottery Barn and KidZania.
By presenting their app or card every time they shop, Club members will start receiving personalised offers based on their favourite brands and preferences.

Celebrating the customers' individuality, and rewarding them, is what the PRIVILEGES CLUB is all about," said Mr Rigby.
Plans are already underway to launch PRIVILEGES CLUB in other markets in the Middle East, including the UAE, KSA, Bahrain, Oman and Qatar. Club members will then be able to earn rewards wherever they shop across the GCC.
By signing up for the PRIVILEGES CLUB, members get:
