On October 19th, 2009 M. H. Alshaya Co. officially opened Castania Nut Boutique, a Lebanese franchise renowned for selling finest quality nuts and other products from around the world - at The Avenues Mall.

M. H. Alshaya Co. introduced the first international Pinkberry store at The Avenues on 1st Oct. 2009, adding a new trend to the culinary world of the Middle East, introducing the successful Pinkberry frozen yogurt chain in Kuwait.

H&M, Hennes & Mauritz, the international fashion retailer, opened three new stores in Beirut for the eager followers of fashion in Lebanon, ABC Ashrafieh and Beirut Souks. The stores opened on the 3rd of October 2009. The expansion of the trendy high street brand is a result of H&M’s strategic partnership with M.H. Alshaya, the Middle East’s leading retailers.
