The Alshaya Group is currently divided into four business divisions:

• Real Estate : owns and manages a wide portfolio of land and properties, with a special focus on GCC countries
• Hotels : including the Kuwait Sheraton (www.sheraton-kuwait.com) and the Medina Oberoi, Saudi Arabia (www.oberoimadina.com)
• Automotive : includes the exclusive dealerships of Mazda and Peugeot, in Kuwait, as well as distributing Michelin tyres and Mobil lubricants (www.kaico.net)
• M. H. Alshaya Co. : M.H. Alshaya Co. is itself divided into a retail division (www.alshaya.com) and a trading division (www.alshayatrading.com) and also owns, or is in joint venture with, a number of other companies, including computer software, advertising, and engineering & maintenance contracting. The trading division is involved in a variety of trading activities in heavy equipment, sanitary-ware, food-services equipment, and building materials.
