Nolita
Nolita stands for “North of Little Italy,” a neighborhood in New York City that not only inspired our name, but also the cuisine. Nolita is dedicated to authentic New York style pizza – usually served in generously large, scrumptious slices sold individually or as a whole. Our crusts are medium thick, with a focus on a few, traditional flavors and fresh ingredients to ensure an enjoyable, authentic experience. In the best tradition of New Yorker pizzas, these large slices are meant to be eaten folded.
Nolita is a self-service, fast food restaurant where customers place orders at the counter, collect their order on a tray and then dine at the food court. We also offer our customers a take-away option. Pizzas are served by the slice, or as part of a combo meal with a side order and a beverage. Nolita's design reflects the urban style of New York City along with its icons.
